Take soured milk waste from industrial farms. This milk would otherwise be wasted.

Separate the casein protein from the milk through an acid solution.

Once the casein protein has been separated it should be washed, dried and finally ground into a fine powder.

Dissolve the casein protein powder into a special solvent mix to create a liquid solution that is then forced through a spinneret. Imagine a pasta machine.

Push the milky solution through small holes in the spinneret into a bath where it will solidify and form the milk fibers.

Mix the MilkFibe™ with micro modal, sustainable and regenerative beechwood fibers, to create the final mix of silky soft, milky fabric.
